Maria Robideau

 Maria began her recruiting career with Sunrun where she managed full-cycle recruiting for offices all around the West Coast. She left the corporate recruiting world to join Franklin Professional Associates as Employer Support Specialist. With her additional background in social media marketing, Maria brings deep knowledge and the ability to engage candidates in unique ways and bring talent into our pool who would be otherwise inaccessible. She is the embodiment of charisma and has found a way to translate her ability to light up a room to the social media sphere. 

She has an adventuring spirit that extends personally and professionally. She as been a long-time dancer and dance teacher. Currently, she continues to devote her energy to teaching children's dance classes.  She is also an avid health and fitness enthusiast and influencer. The discipline she has developed throughout her life in her dance and fitness practices is apparent in her work. She is determined, passionate, and always eager to roll-up her sleeves to help her team. 

Maria is most passionate about helping people find and advance in their careers. Her empathy and determination is the perfect recipe to fuel the work it takes to navigate the noisy and fast-paced employment market today.  Maria says there is nothing she enjoys more than being able to tell someone, "you're hired!". She lives and works by the motto, "If it doesn't challenge you, is won't change you.".  She is walking proof that you can turn struggle into power, and power she has.
