Katie Kellemeyer

Katie came to Franklin Professional Associates with 15 years of experience in Customer and Technical Support Management. She quickly found her passion for making valuable career connections for our clients and candidates. She has an exceptional talent for finding a "needle in the haystack" and her tenacity is unparalleled. Her ability to always find a way to achieve objections is quickly noticed by clients and they have consistently commented on her dedication to creating win-wins for them.  

Katie was born in Colorado and lived around the country before settling in Massachusetts in 2000. She is an avid sports fan and always cheering for the New England Patriots. When she's not working to change people's lives by helping them to progress in their careers, Katie devotes her time to volunteering, especially to causes surrounding children and animals. She is a volunteer Youth Soccer and recently accepted the role of Co-President for Clinton Youth Soccer.  Katie also has a rich social life and particularly enjoys anything to do with the outdoors. Her kind and caring nature makes it no surprise that she has had remarkable success in the recruiting industry as well as her personal circle of deep friendships. 

Taking a step into recruiting after her long career in Customer Service was a leap of faith that has truly paid off for her and so many people she has helped to fulfill their dreams in finding a new career. She is a firm believer that there is always room for improvement and it’s important to keep ready to learn and grow professionally. She is an example of the value of keeping a positive attitude, always finding silver linings, and staying hungry for the next win. Her biggest advice to others is to know your worth, never settle, and don't be afraid to take new chances. In that regard, Katie has certainly led by example.
