Before joining Franklin, Cassandra worked in both career services and education, where she developed a natural ability to support people, manage busy workflows, and stay calm and efficient in fast-paced environments. Her thoughtful, service-focused approach helps power our Precision Hiring process—from coordinating communications to maintaining accurate information that allows our recruiting team to move quickly and thoughtfully on behalf of our clients.
Cassandra lives in Ashburnham with her husband and their two dogs. She has a passion for cooking and shares dishes from her cultural background on her YouTube channel, using food as a way to connect with others and celebrate community.We’re thrilled to have Cassandra on the Franklin team.
