Melissa Glenny

Melissa embarked on her recruitment career with Adecco in 2000. Over the next decade, she advanced through roles in Business Development, Management, and Directorship, overseeing high-volume staffing programs for industry leaders like McKesson, Avery Dennison, Tyco, and The Home Depot. Drawing on this experience, Melissa founded Franklin Professional Associates in 2011, establishing a highly consultative approach that empowers companies to clearly define their workforce needs and recruit with precision tailored to their unique environments.

Residing in Leominster, MA, Melissa enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband of 23 years and their two daughters. They share a love for fitness, reading, travel, and sailing along the eastern seaboard. Melissa is deeply passionate about building relationships, dedicating much of her time to Business Development, Community outreach, and leadership initiatives. She serves on the Board of Directors and Leadership Committee for the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, the Foundation Board of Mount Wachusett Community College, and the Loan Committee of the North Central Massachusetts Development Corporation. As an active member of the American Staffing Association and the Massachusetts Staffing Association, Melissa collaborates with colleagues locally and nationally to continually innovate and enhance staffing solutions for clients of Franklin Professional Associates.
